Scholarships / Refund Policy    
 

Scholarships can be awarded on four points:  International students

  Achieved Points Received Points
I Performance of the last qualification:    
Ia  Students securing average marks upto & above 55% marks 5%  
1b Students securing marks upto & above 65%  marks 10%  
1c Students with upto an above 75% marks 15%  
 
II English Profeciency    
IIa Students with IELTS score of 5.5 and 6.0 bands 5%  
IIb Students with IELTS score of 6.0 and 6.5 bands 10%  
IIc Students having IELTS score of 7.0 & more 15%  
 
III Early Payment of tuition fees:    
IIIa Students paying at least One year tuition fees in advance deposit    
IIIb Students paying full course fees in advance    
 
IV    
IV 5%  scholarship can be awarded by the College
Registrar on grounds of special grounds such as,
   
IVa having done certificate or diploma course, in a particular field and applying for a degree course in the same field.    
IVb Having some certificates for outstanding performance
in Sports or other achievements
   
IVc Having some good knowledge in the field of applied
Course through work experience.
   
IVd Any Extra Curricular activities certificates.    

Maximum scholarship will not be more than 50% tuition fees.

Refund Policy:

Please be advised that according to the ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ in our application form, stating that a student will be refunded ONLY if he is refused a Student Visa by the Overseas British High commission. Please note, if a student attains a student visa to Gateway2uk Education successfully and transfers to another Institution or chooses not to attend our College in London then there will be no refund for fees. Any misrepresentation of information to the Embassy or to our school will void this application and no refunds will be given.  

For a refund, Student must return original receipt, original letter of acceptance and original refusal letter from the embassy. NO COPIES ARE ALLOWED. Fax the refusal stamp and passport photo page. Refund takes 1 week after receiving all original documents.

If the refund is to be paid to someone other than the student, a letter of authorization must be sent from the student. Refund amount is the tuition fee minus any courier, administrative & bank charges. Application fee and guardianship fee are non refundable.  Students who have been issue with unconditional offer letter and they do not apply for entry clearance for what ever reason will not be getting any refund if they do not apply for entry clearance.  Students who get entry clearance but would like not to study at our institution or our partner institution campus will not get any fees refund.  All students must pay outstanding fees for full year at the time of enrolment, unless installment facility is agreed between student and college.
